Sign blank is made entirely by Valentine Station. We hand select and cut the wood to size. The trimmed pieces are then placed in an assembly jig to ensure proper construction. Solid stapled backing is used (No flimsy brad nails here like the imported sign blanks). Pure Route 66 air is compressed and harnessed to drive the staples through the wood. BUYER BEWARE!!!! The spirit of the Mother Road is now infused and living in this sign.
